Return & Refund Policy
At Ohpollya, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Underwear/Intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Email our customer service team at support@ohpollya.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Ohpollya will cover the return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear, undergarments)
- Accessories such as earrings (for hygiene reasons)
