How long is the processing time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.
What are the delivery time estimates?
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
- International: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. US orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to display movement after carrier pickup.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately at support@ohpollya.com. Once an order is dispatched, we can’t guarantee address changes.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes, we can ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via eligible services. Some expedited options may be unavailable.
My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?
First, check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailrooms. Look for a carrier notice and verify the address on your order confirmation. If still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@ohpollya.com and we’ll help file a carrier investigation.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays can occur during peak seasons or severe weather. We monitor delays closely but cannot expedite carrier processes once in transit.
Do I pay customs duties/taxes for international orders?
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not collected by Ohpollya at checkout.
Will my order ship in multiple packages?
Occasionally, items may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking emails if your order is split.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Most orders don’t require a signature. For high-value orders, we may add signature confirmation for security.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please email support@ohpollya.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist promptly.

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday–Cyber Monday and major holidays), processing and transit times may extend by several business days.
